Mission

Cosa Meara Company is the first collegiate Irish dance network. Cosa meara, pronounced koh-ssuh mah-ruh, is Gaelic for "Quick Feet." The Network  presents a great experience for dancers, involving creativity and opportunity from working with dancers of different styles and schools. Together, they produce exhilarating performances with original choreographies and skilled dance, often the first to introduce this art form to their campus communities. CMC's goal is to increase Irish dance involvement in college communities, displaying it in both a traditional and modern light through choreography and performance.  We look forward to hearing from dancers, bookers, and anyone interested in learning more about CMC.

Whether your college already has an Irish dance group or you're looking to find other dancers on campus, please don't hesitate to contact the Network.  We're always excited to work with prospectives in finding other dancers and generally increasing the collegiate Irish dance community.
